What kind of bloggers would we be if we don’t make at least one smoothie recipe? Well, don’t worry, we won’t do it very often, because everyone can handle the fruit with spices at home and there’s no need for a manual. However, this combination works really well, it is healthy and at the same time very nice. Which is appreciated in the hectic pre-Christmas period.
4 servings:
1 banana
2 ripe pears
200ml orange juice
200ml semi-skimmed milk
350g frozen forest fruit
5ml of rum
4 tbsp of honey
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground star anise
Let the honey and spices melt together in a pot. Peel the fruits and put in the blender, blend smoothly. If you have enough time, allow the smoothie to cool down in the fridge overnight, then the spice will develop the flavour and the next day is even better 🙂
